This rich, ripe, yet subtle, aromatic blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Roussanne is beautifully balanced, reflecting the almost perfect growing conditions for white wines across our region in 2025. There were sufficient winter rain and a mild and dry growing season which led to superb fruit quality with intense flavours and good acidity
