Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 1 bottle of Boland Cellar Five Climates Chenin Blanc
– 45ml Gin
– 15 ml Lime and Lemon Juice
– Garnished with mint leaves & cucumber
– Crushed / cubed ice
Pour the Gin into the cocktail shaker with ice. Then add the Lime and Lemon juice to the shaker. Stir. Then add the Chenin Blanc to the shaker and start shaking the cocktail. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of cucumber.
