- 600 ml Boland Cellar Muscadel
- 400 ml soda water/lemonade
- 1 cup blackberries, extra for garnish
- Mint leaves
- Divide the muscadel evenly between 4 glasses.
- Divide the blackberries between the glasses and muddle with the two mint leaves and wine.
- Add ice and top with soda water.
- Serve with fresh blackberries on top.
