Keep cool this summer with this delicious and refreshing Strawberry Rosé Sorbet Cocktail, it’s the perfect drink for al fresco entertaining. So, open a bottle of Boland Cellar Talent & Terroir Rosé and prepare your glassware, because these cocktails taste as good as they look!
1 bottle Boland Cellar Talent & Terroir Rosé
1 cup strawberries, destalked and chopped
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
Pour the bottle of rose into a zip lock bag and freeze overnight. It will still be slightly slushy as alcohol does not freeze solid.
Make a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a small saucepan and dissolving the sugar over low heat.
Place the syrup and the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Run the mixture through a sieve over a bowl until you are left with a smooth liquid. Place the mixture in a ziplock bag and freeze overnight.
Just before serving place the rose mixture and the strawberry mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with crystalized rose petals.
